Q: Does MCW use lead free wicks?

A: YES! MCW uses HTP series wicks, which are a flat cotton wick that is interwoven to increase ridgity. There is no lead in these wicks. The wicks are manufactured by WEDO a world leader in the wicking industry.

Q: Will MCW refill my candle containers?

A: YES and NO! MCW will refill only glass and tin containers if you are within our local area for the cost of wax, color, scent and wick and dependant on the size of the container. If you do not live in our local area, we are sorry but we can not refill your containers at this time, but we do recycle them. Please see recycling program for more details on this.

Q: What does MCW do with the containers I recycle back to them?

A:MCW is a "GO GREEN" company. When we receive your containers, weather they be Tins, Glass, Plastic, or other nature we will boil those containers in a special cleaning solution to kill any contaminates on the containers. Once we have fully cleaned the containers you send back we then prep them for new products for you. After you have sent back a total of 10 product containers MCW will then follow through with an incentive program for your efforts and you will receive a FREE gift for your efforts. Q: Does MCW really make all their products fresh by order?

A: YES! MCW wants you to have the best quality product. Therefore every time you order from us we will produce your items by order as we receive them.

Q: How can MCW keep such low prices for me?

A: MCW grows most of their own ingredients themselves. In the event that we must purchase from an outside source, our ingredients are only purchased locally to ensure your still getting the freshest ingredients possible. This in turn allows MCW to keep it's prices at it's lowest for you.

Q: Does MCW do large orders for parties & weddings?

A: YES! If you are interested in purchasing a large lot of on or more types of product from us please be advised that you must contact us by phone for details. You are required for large orders to give MCW 3 months in advance of your order and must have at least half of the purchase price payed to us before we can fulfill the order.

Q: Does MCW purchase recycled containers, wick etc.?

A:YES! All of our containers, wicking etc. are recycled products. MCW only uses recycled good to stand by the "GO GREEN" campaign, and to help protect the environment.
