Mammas Candle Wax wants our customers to be happy with their products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to contact us. our terms and conditions for our return policy are listed below.

1.MCW will accept a return only if the product is left in it's original packaging. (meaning wrapping, ribbons, labels.)

2.The product was not tampered with or opened or used or burned.

3.You must keep all original packaging that your items were shipped to you in, otherwise MCW will not pay for the items to re-shipped back to us. (meaning boxes, shipping labels, inside packaging.)

4. When you have met all the requirements of our return policy, you will be given the choice to choose and item of the same or lessor value of the original purchase less the shipping and handling. We will not refund shipping and handling or cash charge to you, so please be very careful when you make your purchases through MCW.
